Who said that tunning was only for cars? One can also tune mobility scooters and this one is so tuned that it can speed up to 110km/h. Tested on a frozen lake under snow, the driver is really enjoying his motored wheel chair while drifting and making slaloms in the snow. Awesomely funny !! :)
